Ingredients

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 whole cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 16 oz hot water (200°F)
- Optional: milk and honey to taste
Instructions
- Grind your coffee beans to a coarse consistency

- Heat water to 200°F (just below boiling)
- Pour hot water over the coffee-spice mixture
- Stir gently and let steep for 4 minutes
