Ingredients
- 20g medium-roast coffee beans
- 300ml filtered water at 200°F
- 2 tbsp cherry blossom syrup
- 120ml heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp pink food coloring (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Grind coffee beans to medium-fine consistency
- Place filter in pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee to filter and create a small well in the center
- Pour 60ml hot water in circular motion and let bloom for 30 seconds
- Gradually add remaining water in steady circular motions
- While coffee brews, whip heavy cream with 1 tbsp cherry blossom syrup and pink food coloring until soft peaks form
- Add remaining syrup to brewed coffee and stir
- Top with sakura cream and serve immediately
