- 300ml hot water (205°F)
- 60ml unsweetened coconut-almond milk
- 2 tablespoons date caramel sauce
- **For the date caramel:**
- 6 Medjool dates, pitted
- 60ml hot water
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt

- **Make the date caramel:** 1. Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes 2. Blend dates, soaking water, vanilla, and salt until smooth
- Grind coffee beans to medium-fine consistency
- Place filter in pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee to filter and level the bed
- Pour hot water in circular motion, starting from center (40ml for bloom)
- Wait 30 seconds, then continue pouring water in circles (260ml total)
