Ingredients
- 20g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 300ml filtered water at 200°F
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsp honey crystals
- 2 tbsp hot water for foam
- Pinch of black pepper

- Grind coffee beans to medium-coarse consistency
