Matcha-Dipped Vietnamese Iced Coffee

Equipment
- Vietnamese phin filter
- Tall glass
- Small plate
- Spoon
- Kettle
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Vietnamese coffee (coarsely ground)
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Ice cubes
- 8 ounces hot water
Instructions
- Mix matcha powder and sugar on a small plate
- Wet the rim of a tall glass and dip it in the matcha mixture
- Add sweetened condensed milk to the bottom of the glass
- Place the phin filter on top of the glass and add ground coffee
- Pour hot water (195°F) over the coffee grounds
- Allow coffee to slowly drip (about 4-5 minutes)
- Remove filter and stir well to combine with condensed milk
- Fill glass with ice cubes
- Serve immediately
