  • 20g medium-dark roast coffee beans
  • 300ml filtered water at 200°F
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Grind your coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency
  2. Mix all the spices together in a small bowl
  3. Place your filter in the pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
  4. Add ground coffee to the filter and sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the grounds
