Ingredients
- 20g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 300ml filtered water at 200°F
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- Pinch of black pepper
- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Grind your coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency
- Mix all the spices together in a small bowl
- Place your filter in the pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
- Add ground coffee to the filter and sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the grounds
- Start with a 30-second bloom using 60ml of hot water
- Continue pouring water in circular motions until you reach 300ml
- Once brewing is complete, add almond butter and stir until melted
- Optional: Add honey to taste
