- Large jar or pitcher
- Coffee filter
- Small saucepan
- Fine-mesh strainer
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Tall glasses
Ingredients
- 1 cup coarse ground dark roast coffee
- 4 cups cold filtered water
- 4 pandan leaves
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water (for pandan syrup)
- 4 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine coarse ground coffee with 4 cups cold water in a large jar. Stir gently and refrigerate for 12 hours
- For pandan syrup: Cut pandan leaves into small pieces. Combine with sugar and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan
- Simmer pandan mixture for 15 minutes, strain, and let cool
- Strain cold brew through a coffee filter
- In each glass, add 2 tablespoons condensed milk and 1-2 tablespoons pandan syrup
- Fill glasses with ice, then pour cold brew coffee over top
- Stir well before serving
