Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butterscotch sauce
- 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
- 30g medium-dark roast coffee beans
- 300ml hot water (205°F)
- **For the butterscotch sauce:**
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Make the butterscotch sauce by melting butter in a saucepan over medium heat
- Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved
- Add heavy cream and salt, simmer for 5 minutes until thickened
- Grind coffee beans to medium-fine consistency
- Place filter in pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
