- **For the Chestnut Cream:**
- 3 tbsp cooked and peeled chestnuts
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

- **Prepare the Chestnut Cream:** 1. Blend chestnuts, cream, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth 2. Set aside
