Ingredients

  • 17g light-medium roast coffee beans, freshly ground
  • 240ml hot water (80°C/175°F)
  • 15ml fresh yuzu juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 5ml lavender syrup
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat water to 80°C/175°F
  2. Grind coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency
  3. Set up your AeroPress with filter and rinse with hot water
  4. Add ground coffee to the AeroPress
  5. Pour 50ml of hot water to bloom the coffee for 30 seconds
  6. Add remaining water and stir gently
  7. Attach the plunger and wait 1 minute
  8. Slowly press down over 30 seconds
