Equipment
- AeroPress
- Coffee grinder
- Scale
- Kettle
- Tall glass
- Stirring spoon
Ingredients
- 18g medium-light roast coffee, freshly ground
- 1 oz yuzu juice
- 1/2 oz fresh ginger juice
- 2 tbsp honey pearls
- Ice cubes
- 8 oz filtered water at 185°F
- Optional: honey syrup to taste
Instructions
- Set up your AeroPress in the inverted position with the filter pre-rinsed
- Add ground coffee to the AeroPress
- Pour hot water over the grounds and stir gently
- Let steep for 1 minute
- Flip and press over a glass filled with ice
- Add yuzu juice and ginger juice, stir well
- Top with honey pearls and additional ice
- Taste and add honey syrup if desired
