Ingredients
- 12 oz coarse ground medium-dark roast coffee
- 8 cups cold filtered water
- 2 cups fresh dark cherries, pitted and halved
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs
- Ice for serving
- Water or milk for diluting
Instructions
- In a large container, combine coarse ground coffee with cold filtered water
- Add pitted and halved dark cherries and cacao nibs
- Stir gently to ensure all coffee grounds are saturated
- Cover and refrigerate for 12-16 hours
