Ingredients

- 12 oz filtered water, hot (205°F)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely grated
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Ice cubes

- Bring water to 205°F (just off boiling)
- Place paper filter in pour-over dripper and rinse with hot water
