Ingredients
- 18g dark roast coffee beans, finely ground
- 90ml hot water (200°F/93°C)
- 2 scoops hazelnut gelato
- 15g dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
- 1 AeroPress filter
Instructions
- Place the AeroPress filter in the cap and rinse with hot water
- Set up your AeroPress in the standard position
- Add the ground coffee to the AeroPress
- Pour hot water over the grounds and stir gently
- Attach the cap and wait 1 minute
- Press slowly, taking about 30 seconds
- Place 2 scoops of hazelnut gelato in a chilled serving glass
- Pour the hot coffee over the gelato
- Use a vegetable peeler to create chocolate shavings on top
- Serve immediately
