Ingredients
- 17g dark roast coffee beans, finely ground
- 1 oz (28g) high-quality dark chocolate (70% or higher), chopped
- 1/2 oz (15ml) lavender syrup
- 8 oz (240ml) hot water
- Optional: whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Heat water to 175°F (80°C)
- Set up your AeroPress in the inverted position
- Add ground coffee to the AeroPress
- Add chopped dark chocolate
- Pour half the hot water and stir gently
- Add remaining water and let steep for 1 minute
- Attach filter and cap, then flip onto your mug
- Press slowly for about 30 seconds
- Add lavender syrup and stir
- Top with whipped cream if desired
